The Winter Challenge is on!

Are you up for the Challenge?

As the mercury dips towards freezing, we’re celebrating the hearty warm glow of orange – carrots and cycling, pumpkin and kumara.

We’ve been out talking with local families about how hard it is to get kids eating enough vegetables and doing enough exercise. Time and money are big problems – and so is a lack of ideas.

To support you  in the struggle, we’ve developed the Winter Challenge to inspire the whole family.

It’s the first of four seasonal campaigns where we’ll issue a series of simple challenges that will be fun for you and the kids and lead to real benefits – more energy, more money, piece of mind. The challenges tap into what’s fresh and happening and local, so doing the right thing won’t take lots time and money.

The project is funded by funded by the Nelson Marlborough District Board who’ve developed groovy orange bags and snap bands to help you take up the challenge.

So welcome to the Winter Challenge – let’s get into fresh foods, get into action and get healthy as!
