Volunteer Marlborough Website Goes Live
A new training calendar tool developed by Volunteer Marlborough will help organisations reduce duplication of events, allow for well attended workshops and support smaller organisations.
Judy Doyle, Manager of Volunteer Marlborough says in an environment where funding is becoming more difficult to source, there’s a real need for a training calendar.
“The calendar includes the workshops we offer and the workshops and training offered by other organisations for the benefit of not for profits and charities in the sector,” she says. “We hope that utilization of the calendar will become commonplace and will help avoid duplication of workshops and multiple funding applications to provide training and professional development opportunities”.
