Nelson and Marlborough Community Gardens and Farmers’ Markets are behind the Ready Steady Pumpkin – Get Growing competition, which runs from the end of November 2011 to April 2012.
Competition will be fierce to see who wins prizes for the biggest, ugliest and best dressed pumpkins. There’s also the Great Pumpkin Pull, and Pumpkin Bowls at the Great Pumpkin Weigh-in at your local Farmers’ Market.
