Food for Thought is a free nutrition education programme that assists Year 5 and 6 primary school students to make healthier food and lifestyle choices. You can contact the Food for Thought nutritionist who will coordinate and facilitate the program in your school. This includes modules around Food labelling, nutritional knowledge visiting a supermarket and cooking a healthy meal on a budget..all while meeting key competencies in the school curriculum! These components also link in with The Heart Foundation Heart Start program.
