Touch rugby is great fun and will keep you and the whole family fit over summer.
All you need for a game is a ball, a park and some friends, family or neighbours.
Now is a great time to try it out because if you like it, you can join one of the local teams or social compeitions starting soon right across the region.
Dates vary for most compeitions across the top of the south, but most sign-on dates are in September with the action kicking off in October.
