nice slice: Max shows off his creative cooking

Max insisted his mum make the Veggie Slice for his little brother’s Kindy Disco the night he brought home the recipe from school.

The slice was a hit with kids and grownups. Great recipe!

Max and Benji helped me out making it the next time. Here are some photos of them helping out, along with the finished pie. Of course we took some creative liberties with the recipe and enjoyed our slice all the more for it.

Lastly, while I don’t have a picture of it, the boys had a blast playing touch rugby on Wednesday for their team, the Riwaka Wild Tomatoes.
