Ingredients
- 1 can tomato soup (or tinned tomatoes)
- 2 cans water
- 2 whole potato diced into small cubes
- 3 whole carrot finely chopped
- 2 sticks celery finely chopped
- 2 whole onion finely chopped
- 200 grams pasta (or leftover cooked pasta)
- fresh parsley
Directions
- Finely chop the potatoes, carrots, celery and onions.
- Place the soup (or tinned tomatoes), water and vegetables in a saucepan.
- Bring to the boil.
- Add pasta and simmer until pasta is cooked.
- Add more water if needed.
- Sprinkle on fresh parsley.
Variation: Add cooked dried beans.
