

Kids find it much easier to learn when they’ve eat good healthy food. Taking a carrot and orange will help them do better in class and sport.
School-aged children need at least three servings of vegetables and two servings of fruit every day.
Hint: Try cutting the carrot into sticks to make it easier to eat
• Give them raw veges, like carrot sticks, to snack on while you’re cooking tea.
• Let them serve up their own veges and make sure they see you eating yours!
• Make the veges look appealing – try serving up a mixture of colours.
