Newsletter #28
February, 2011

Here's Helen...

Welcome to the first newsletter of 2011. We trust it finds you all  happy and healthy as you settle back into your usual weekly routine after the hurly burly of Christmas and New Year.

Our team has hit the decks running and is looking forward to a full and productive year bringing you even more news, hints, events and activities.  We will continue our efforts to get more people in our communities eating healthily and taking part in regular physical activity.

Take a look at the 'Upcoming Events' section at the bottom of our newsletter for some activities to try.  Lark in the Park at Victory Square is a good place to take the kids on one of our long and balmy summer evenings - try some juggling, use the sports equipment, have a boogie to DJ Darci, or try the UpCycle bike course.

Our recipe of the month is a beauty and can be either savoury using fresh summer vege, or sweet using the wide array of summer fruits available at this time of year.

Wishing you all a great month.

Until next time, Helen
